Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

NOTE: To prevent setting Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), make sure that the Transmission shifter is in P position (Parking).

NOTE: Make sure the ignition switch is in the OFF position for at least 30 seconds, prior to disconnect the accelerator pedal electrical connector.

- Disconnect the accelerator pedal wiring harness electrical connector.
- Remove the nuts and the accelerator pedal.
  Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
