Removal
NOTE:
The evaporative emission blocking valve is serviced with the fuel tank pressure sensor and tube.

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview (100-02 Jacking and Lifting, Description and Operation).

Detach the retainer & remove the EVAP blocking valve electrical connector.

Release the quick connect couplings and remove the EVAP blocking valve.
Refer to: Quick Release Coupling (310-00A Fuel System - General Information - 1.0L EcoBoost (92kW/125PS), General Procedures).
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Activation
Phase 1 - Leak Verification
Run the EVAP Test with the scan tool.
NOTE:
Some small leaks may not be detected using the EVAP Test...
