  • INSTALL a new TCC solenoid.

  • DISASSEMBLE, CLEAN and INSPECT the TCC regulator valve. If bore or valve is damaged, INSTALL a new main control valve body.

  • DISASSEMBLE and INSPECT the transmission, main control valve body and pump assembly passages for debris/blockage/leaks. CLEAN or REPLACE componenets as necessary.

  • DISASSEMBLE, CLEAN and INSPECT the TCC regulator valve. If bore or valve is damaged, INSTALL a new main control valve body.

  • Verify the TCC is causing the concern. Attempt to duplicate event while commanding the PID TCC_OSC OFF. If the concern cannot be duplicated while the TCC is commanded off the TCC may be worn or damaged.

    Remove the wheel knuckle.

    Remove the rear toe adjustment retainers and remove the wheel knuckle mounting bracket.
    Torque:
      Stage 1:  177 lb.in (20 Nm)
      Stage 2:  76 lb.ft (103 Nm)
